The Patient Polishers
Talos and Galatea
Both are Fixed signs who come to make, returning to the same work day after day. The Talos checks it and Galatea refines it, and neither believes in 'first draft, final draft'. Together they make the slow, careful kind of thing that still holds up years later.
Together
Galatea perfects the voice and the Talos catches every slip, so the finished piece is both beautiful and correct.
Friction
Galatea finds the Talos's notes a touch clinical, and the Talos notices Galatea reopening passages that were already approved.
Cadence. Same rhythm, one shared value. Talos is Forge and Fixed; Galatea is Muse and Fixed.
